The Care Opinion platform is an enabler of current Australian health, aged and community care policy post COVID, as decision makers strive to bring the consumer voice and experience to co-design and service improvement.
By empowering consumer engagement and encouraging consumer feedback, Care Opinion contributes to improving the Quadruple Aim of Health: improved patient experience, improved provider experience, improved population health, and sustainable healthcare. In the Care Opinion context, we refer to this quadruple aim operationally as the ‘human’ experience of care.
We are proud to provide opportunities for our subscribers, partners and those in the quality and safety landscape in Australia to gain more knowledge and understanding of the power of the patient voice for quality and safety.
