Embedding patient-centred care approaches to healthcare via partnerships with patients and consumers has been identified as essential to safer and higher-quality care moving forward.
Care Opinion recognises that while critical, developing, implementing and embedding an informed patient-centred care approach is complex and requires the bringing together of a broad spectrum of expertise.
With that in mind, in May 2024, we are bringing international and national experts in health policy, patient feedback and complaints, consumer engagement and evaluation who will share their insights and experiences in their fields. We will also share research into online, relational feedback.
Following presentations, an open discussion to inform the co-development of a co-designed, patient-centred feedback governance framework will be held. Attendees will then be invited to submit an expression of interest to join a working group to develop the framework.
When: Wednesday 8th May from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm (AEST).
Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
