I have tried four times now to contact the Primary Health Medical Centre.
First attempt just rang out.
Second attempt went to some message about Cisco Unity Messaging service.
Third attempt was answered. I heard someone mumbling then went to music on hold for over 8 minutes when I hang up.
Forth attmept I was asked to go on hold where I waited for 5 minutes and also gave up.
I understand a business gets busy, but seriously I feel you need to do something about the lack of service provided. If you cant get a staff member to speak on a phone over a 45 minute period on a weekday, I believe you need to address this. I would hate to be calling early on a Monday morning or even on a Friday.
