(as a relative),

The past few weeks have been very stressful for our family, as it is for all those who have loved ones dealing with a major illness.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the advice and assistance afforded to my family by the PATS service and staff at Albany. Every contact has been made a pleasant experience by the professionalism and empathy consistently provided by the PATS staff.

A heartfelt thank-you and keep up the great work you all do.

Thank you very much for providing such lovely feedback about the PATS team on the Albany Health Campus. Your feedback has been shared with them as well as the Hospital and Regional Executive.

Travelling to Perth for care in Metropolitan hospitals is an additional layer of stress and distress for country patients and their families. The PATS team works hard to ensure that this process is as efficient and easy to access as possible. It is always pleasing to hear when we get things right.
