"My child required an x-ray"

About: Exmouth Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I felt the triage nurse was rude. We enquired about length of time we were waiting it was 3 hours by this stage. Asked out of curiosity as we needed to drive back to coral bay and if we could avoid driving at night. They responded by saying there are more important patients. No sense of sympathy or empathy at all. Things you should really have when you are caring for others. I understand this response if we had been rude.
