This session will walk you through the process of creating customised pathways to a storytelling page containing a personalised message from your service. They are called 'invitation links' and enable your organisation to:
- embed a customised message and specific focus for the feedback you are seeking
- pre-link the relevant service to the story
- pre-load tags (either private or public) to the story for reporting purposes
- determine which storytelling mode (kiosk or website) the story can be shared through
- create QR codes for the created link
- use these links for volunteers assisting consumers to share their stories via a device (e.g. iPad).
Please ensure you have logged on to the Care Opinion Australia platform and have been granted 'responder or administrator' access prior to attending the session if you wish to run your own reports.

Webinars will:
- be recorded with a recording made available on this page after the session
- be hosted on Microsoft Teams
- have their own unique registration link
- be scheduled for 9:30am to 10:30am (WST) / 11:30am to 12:30pm (AEST).
