At Lives Lived Well we are interested to hear about how people have experienced our services. Feedback is one of the best ways to discover how we are going, and then, if needs be, we can make changes to what we do.
An important part of our planning at Lives Lived Well is to listen to what clients are saying as they provide feedback on their experiences. “Care Opinion” is a wonderful way to hear and share stories of people’s experiences. Stories are more memorable than stats, they can inspire, they can instruct, stories don’t need to be long; Ernest Hemingway once wrote a six word story: Baby shoes. For sale. Never worn.
It is also a wonderful way for people who directly provide services to understand how their work impacts others, as they read stories.
Your stories will help us adjust our thinking, and ask ourselves whether the way we’ve done things in the past is still the right way for the future. We would like our clients to increasingly help us shape how and what we do.
