"How my current stay went"

I would like to compliment St. John of God Ballarat since they had completed their renovations and have also changed their approach care.  Their services have improved greatly from my last stay.  I have felt heard, well cared for and felt highly secured under their care during my stay.  

The dedicated kitchen team also changed their approach by organising for clients to ring for their meals and snacks.  Most impressively at times when it best suits them to eat, the healthy selection has a wide selection to choose from - plus ranges for clients with special set meals. The hospital seems to work like a well oiled machine.
