"A good doctor"

My 92-year old mum had a fall at home, so we attended the ED at Swan Hill Hospital.

A doctor called Isabel thoroughly examined my mum to investigate what had likely caused the fall. Her examination was like from a medical textbook. Isabel paid great attention to detail and patience. She is a caring professional. Isabel showed outstanding communication doctor-patient:asking all the right questions, explaining her diagnosis and the options for treatment.

I was surprised to hear from Isabel that she was in her first year of Medical School. It seemed as if Isabel had already been seeing patients for a decade because of her professionalism and maturity.

We left extremely happy with Isabel's service and wished her the success she deserves.
