"Pregnancy Journey with MGP Bunbury"

I was apart of the MGP in Bunbury when I was pregnant with my son, & based on my experience would highly recommend to anyone I know. For me, having the same midwife throughout my journey (along with a secondary midwife) was important, familiar faces during a time of uncertainty makes the process easier.

My midwife & my secondaries were absolutely incredible. They made me feel heard/understood and validated any decision I was making, I felt very supported throughout my whole pregnancy. Their knowledge and in depth appointments made me going into birth very educated on what I could expect which in turn, made me have a very open mind and understanding going into it.

Even when my main midwife and secondaries were unavailable when I called, someone was always there to help and I was never met with judgement, I was always validated for why I was calling even if I felt my questions or concerns were silly, they are an incredible bunch of ladies.

I truly believe my birth was as positive as it was because of the MGP because of their support, knowledge and care for each of their patients. Their home visits post birth were always so helpful, especially as a first time mum learning this whole new chapter of life and that for me helped with a huge amount of anxiety. I would absolutely apply again if I have more children in the future.
