The only bad thing about it is that they kick you out! But honestly, I found it very, very helpful. Everyone there is absolutely fantastic. They're there the whole time, watching what you're doing and showing you how to do it. You couldn’t have nicer staff.
Sometimes I get a bit cranky when there’s not enough equipment, but it’s a wonderful program. I wish I could go all the time because I have COPD, and since I’ve been going, my breathing has gotten a lot better. If I could go all the time, I’d be over the moon.
Lea and Sally stand out the most, but Sally’s not there anymore because she’s on leave. Still, the program is absolutely fantastic—please don’t get rid of it!
If you can’t get to the gym, they even have a bus that picks you up and takes you home. You have to pay for it, but who cares? It’s only $5. Then there’s a gold coin donation.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
