"Lovely staff at Geraldton Regional"

I had two separate presentations after having an accident over the weekend. On the Monday I presented and was triaged very quickly and during my time I had been looked after by a practitioner who I forgot his name, but he was brilliant in escalating my presentation and making me as comfortable as possible. A med student Sam and my nurses Clarise and Amy also looked after me brilliantly and even though I was on spinal precautions, made me as comfortable as possible and kept checking in on me all shift.

I re-presented after being transferred on the Wednesday night and the nurse in ED Ven was very kind and reassuring. I was transferred to the ward and Sage did my admission and was very thorough and managed my pain well. Then during my stay on the ward the nurses who looked after me, another Amy and Jamilia, were lovely. Although I have to say the care I received by the nurse, Lily, was next level. I have not met a nurse that is as kind and passionate about her job as she is and her bedside manner was next level, and I hope she keeps up the brilliant care she provides. I am very grateful for all the care I received from the staff mentioned and could not think more highly of them. Thank you so much to the team at Geraldton.
