As I health provider, I attended Primary Health Medical Centre with a Participant recently. I was utterly disgusted with the way some administration staff treated my participant in both checking in and checking out. While waiting in the waiting room it was disappointing to see some administration staff arguing while patients where lined up waiting to check out. In my opinion, the way these administration staff spoke, was with a rude tone and a lack of care for the patients in the community.
