I attended the Albany ED as I was unwell following my last chemotherapy treatment last week. Despite being so busy, the ED staff & Dr Richard were amazing. They really listened to me & arranged tests & scans in a timeous manner. They were all so professional and kind whilst being under immense patient pressure. I am so very grateful to everyone that took care of me.

Dear quebecqp76,

That sounds like a truly challenging experience, and I’m so glad to hear that the Albany ED team, including Dr. Richard, provided you with such compassionate and professional care during a difficult time. It’s heartening to know that even under immense pressure, they took the time to listen to you and ensure you received the tests and scans you needed promptly. Your gratitude speaks volumes about the impact of their kindness and dedication. Wishing you strength and healing as you continue your journey.

Warm Regards
