I received very good service from a lovely person name Peeni. They were very empathetic, patient, helpful and understanding when I went to the ED department in a stressed and panicked state. Would like Peeni to know how helpful she was and receive the praise they deserve. I note how nice to see the hospitals diversity in staff, Peeni made me feel safe.
