"Pregnancy & Birth through Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) at Sutherland Hospital"

Incredibly positive experience. 

Prenatal appointments were held at the hospital out of business hours and then closer-to-the-due-date at our home. This was extremely convenient for my partner and I to both attend appointments. 

All prenatal appointments bar one were with the same midwife. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Very well attended and supported in hospital. Hospital having the facilities for partner to stay was important for mental support.

Postnatal appointments were held at our home by the same midwife. Midwife came 4 times and also had phone conversations. Was reassuring having a familiar face post birth and to be able to ask all questions and we felt comforted by our midwife’s knowledge.
