All the nurses at HODC were caring, thoughtful, responsive and generous. While I saw different people each week for my treatment, over time I had some nurses a few times and would also see them around the Centre. My regimen was long (9am-5pm often) and so I had visitors pop in and out to see me. The nurses were always accommodating at helping them feel welcome as well. When chemo was delayed or there was an issue they were honest about what was happening and I appreciated that. I can tell from the time I spent at HODC that they also work together well as a team and communicate well which makes a more seamless experience for the patient.
