"Fantastic care in ED"

I bought my mother into the Emergency Department recently. The staff were absolutely outstanding. We had Catherine as our triage nurse who I felt went above and beyond to care for my mother and explain things. Reception staff were kind, professional (i forgot to get their names) and we could not have asked for a better service. We were taken to the Short Stay section and had Nurse Practitioner Cassandra who went absolutely above and beyond to ensure we were informed and cared for. We were also consulted with by a wound nurse, doctors and other nurses.

We were in and out in an hour and 45 minutes.

The service provided was outstanding, we could not complain about one thing.

Everyone was professional, courteous, caring and ensured they were doing the best for my mother.

We cannot thank you enough.
