"Gastroscopy"

The care here was wonderful. Reception was very busy but they took time with me and we had some pleasant exchanges. Once admitted the nurses and anaesthetists were fantastic. I was very nervous and they were exceptionally gentle and reassuring. My procedure went smoothly and afterwards they made sure I was fine, giving me something to eat and drink and calling my spouse to collect me. I was given a clear preliminary report and after care advice. I felt seen and valued at every stage. What wonderful public health we have.
