About: Armadale Hospital / Rehabilitation and Aged Care Therapy Unit

(as a carer),

My wife discharged from rehab ward. Nurses treat her professionally and nicely. Rehab ward is the best. Doctor Sean is very gentle and caring towards her, thank you so much.

Staff transferred her to discharge lounge. My wife told me nurse Lisa, AIN Karam, they are very kind and gentle to her, offered her drink, check on her few times make sure she is alright, as she has COPD, she needs to use oxygen all the time. She told me nurse there make her relax and feel like home. I am surprise when I hear that as she can be anxious, fussy at times.

Thank you for all staffs in Armadale Hospital again for taking care of my lovely wife. Thank you. May god be with you all.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to acknowledge the efforts of our team and I will be sure to pass your gratitude on to the nursing staff in both the rehab ward and the discharge lounge as well as Dr. Sean.
