"Poor communication between metropolitan and regional hospital"

About: Karratha Health Campus Perth Children's Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Frustrated and exhausted, feeling completely stuffed around by PCH and our local hospital in regards to organizing and confirming a telehealth post-op follow up appointment.  No communication from PCH to myself or the local hospital which lead to us missing an appointment and being re-scheduled after both parents taking time off work.

I believe the communication system between multiple hospitals, staff and the patient/family must improve to be more family centered.
