I found the program helpful and good community of people in recovery with good teachers an counselling is helpful am clear, they open alot of doors for U to get help n definitely point U in the right direction, great facilitators and people in the group. Would do it again if needed

It's great to see that you got so much out of the program and would even do it again if you needed to. Great staff and a good group of people certainly help - and you seem to have had a great bunch of people.
