(as the patient),

I had to attend ED for a problem with my eye. Every single person I came across was wonderful, so kind and understanding. I got through within the hour and saw a fantastic Nurse Practitioner who knew immediately how to help. She asked the questions and listened to my worries. I was out within 2 hours. Nobody likes going to the Hospital but overall had a great experience at FSH.
