(as the patient),

No sure how this works my child had a Gp appointment

I required a Gp appointment sooner than my scheduled one to get a referral to the cardiologist

Rang the clinic to change my child's appointment to myself, was told the appointment could only be for my child as the appointment had been double booked, but if my child turned up they could see the doctor but if I was to change the appointment into my name there was no appointment available !!!!!!!!!!!

This is not about staff, they do a great job
