"A Bump on the Head"

About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I just would like to say a big Thank You to Armadale ED. My 3 year old sustained a bump to the top of his head resulting in a 1.5cm laceration. Thank you to the Triage Nurse who asked Dad if he was ‘ok’, after checking our little one over. Thank you to ?Yom (sorry if I got that wrong), who took my child’s obs and told him he was a Superhero (he is Hulk obsessed). 

With the biggest thank you to Nurse Practitioner Jack, who decided on what treatment was best, explained her rationale with me and made us both feel very comfortable. 

As we were walking out (after he just got his head stapled) my child told me “that was fun Mummy, can we come back again?”. 

I genuinely hope we don’t have to, but I’m comforted knowing such a great ED service is available to us. Thank you Armadale ED, you are the true Superhero's.
