"Rehabilitation in the hospital"

I had a fall at home. Ambulance took me to regional Hospital, where I had a partial hip replacement.

I was not happy with my care at that hospital, as I was given incorrect medication and became delirious, as well as being physically unwell.

I was offered rehabilitation at the Myrtleford Hospital Alpine Health and was happy to go.

In my opinion, the Myrtleford Hospital was 100% better than the other hospital.

The staff were kind, listened to me, and allowed my family to visit anytime.

All nursing staff were exceptional. Matthew and Cheryl from OT Physio were amazing.

My recovery has been very easy thanks to them.

Unfortunately, I feel reception staff could have made an effort to greet people coming and going, but overall, a wonderful experience.
