"Our experience with the Midwifery Group Program Karratha"

About: Karratha Health Campus / Maternity Unit

(as the patient),

It has been a blessing and a credit to the midwifery team that we had the option to utilise the midwifery group program for our first pregnancy and birth.

Most importantly a massive thankyou from the bottom of our heart for our midwife Lea being, in my opinion, the most intuitive, caring, passionate and open midwife to our journey bringing our baby into the world. 

He has started his life so peaceful we can only imagine its due to the care and birth we experienced together by being empowered. 

To the team we saw throughout (Lea, Laura and Sheree) made us feel women centred and educated on each interaction. We hope this program continues for the Karratha region for many more women.

It is fantastic to hear that you felt empowered by your Maternity team, and well cared for during your pregnancy journey; which is something all our Maternity staff are passionate about for the women in their care.

We are glad to hear your new arrival is doing well, and we thank you again for taking the time to reach out.
