(as a service user),

I would like to know who my complaint or compliment now goes to as there is a new structure in place whereby Rockingham Hospital is separate from Rockingham Kwinana Mental Health?

We wish to reassure you that, despite recent structural changes, the process for submitting feedback, whether compliments or complaints, remains the same. Feedback related to SMHS Mental Health continues to be managed through Rockingham General Hospital and directed to the Executive Director of Mental Health.

We highly value all feedback about our services, as it is essential for ensuring we maintain the highest standards of care and continuously improve the patient experience.
