"Mom overseas needed urgent help!"

(as a relative),

We have an urgent emergency because of mom having eye problem, upon arriving we notice that overseas patients will have to pay huge amount in case we got admitted and we got second thoughts about it, out the door disheartened and distress and as we are about to leave, a friendly “patient experience” named Gowtham approached us and explained our options on what to do, we feel the genuine concern of that man towards us. His action and genuity really touch us, I hope more people like him become the front of many more hospitals because it really makes a difference.
