(as the patient),

I just wanted to thank you to the incredible midwives and nurses who are a part of the team on the maternity ward including in the special care nursery. 

During our time with our twins at the service everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and made us feel so supported in a difficult time with one of our twins needing extra attention in the nursery before being transferred to Monash children’s hospital. 

The communication was nothing more than amazing, their attentiveness to not only the babies but each individual family member, they go above and beyond. 

We could of not been happier with our time on the ward and left feeling extremely pleased 🤍
