Late last month patient transport arrived to take me for an appointment, ,I checked and informed the driver it is not until the same date this month. Recently, 14. 50 hrs I received a call from someone who I felt was a very pompous person telling me I had an appointment at 14 30 hrs. Upon checking my dairy there was no appointment for that day. As I always write my times and day in also book patient transport in advance.
In my opinion, obviously they are not focused on their job, I believe small mistakes can lead to more major mistakes, and I do not wish to become a victim of blundering mistakes. As I have spoken out let there be no victimisation towards me.
