About: POWH Respiratory Co-ordinated Care Program (RCCP)

(as the patient),

After being discharged from hospital specialist nurses monitored me for my respiratory illness. This was critical as I have myeloma, a blood cancer.

From the comfort of my home over a 3 day period, the fabulous nurses, Geraldine and Bronwyn checked on my progress, vitals etc.

They were so reassuring in talking to me and giving me confidence that I was on the right track with my recovery. Such a comfort. We are so blessed to have this service that shortens your stay in hospital.

Many thanks, oscartp36

Hello oscartp36

Thank you for taking the time to give your positive feedback to the SESLHD Community Management Centre and the staff.

It is pleasing to see the care you received was person centred and helped you remain safe at home whilst recovering from a respiratory illness.

I wish you the best with your ongoing journey and thank you again for taking the time to acknowledge the staff you engaged with.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare
