Late November, my husband and I arrived at the maternity ward, filled with anticipation and anxious thoughts, not knowing exactly what to expect. However, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the warm, welcoming smile of the nurses who were expecting us.
Throughout the entire process, the staff was not only professional but also incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive to every detail of our needs. Their care made a world of difference in easing my nerves and allowing me to focus on the journey ahead.
I am deeply grateful and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the maternity nurses, doctors, and specialists who were part of my care. A special thanks to the anaesthetist (though I unfortunately forgot his name), whose emotional support and professional expertise provided me with a sense of calm and confidence, as well as to Nurse Abby and Nurse Hannah, who were exceptional in their care and kindness.
This delivery was truly a positive and memorable experience, and I can't thank the team enough for their compassion, support, and empathy. I would rate their services 100/100 for bringing my baby into this world with so much love and care.
