"Outstanding service at Derby"

Just wanted to compliment the staff at Derby West Australia Hospital.

The triage nurse .....I neglected to notice her name badge... but she was more than pleasant and helpful.

It was recently when I needed the attention.

Dr Colin was very informative and arranged for an xray of my right leg. I had been having regular pain in just the right leg for 10days or so ..and I was concerned as time went on ...that perhaps a melanoma I had removed previously ....had returned or tumour existed.  The radiographer Chris was also very informative in explaining in every detail the Xray which he had taken of my right leg.   

By the time I left the hospital I was SO happy and relieved. I could sense these two men were extremely busy attending to patients before me and after me but their caring service did not miss a beat. Based on my experience I am sure every patient is indeed taken care of in an exceptional way at this hospital.  I noted what respect and care the staff had when attending to the Indigenous patients who were in at the same time as Me.   The wait time was not too long also.

An amazing experience all round!
