"Experience calling the switchboard"

When attempting to call the Sydney Children's Hospital, the switchboard at Prince of Wales Hospital answered the phone. I asked whether this was the number for SCH and I recall the operator laughed in a derisive manner and said "no". I stated I called the number for SCH listed on their website and was confused as to why it had gone through to PWH. They stated, I don't know, you must have dialled it wrong. I then asked if I could be put through to SCH and I recall they laughed again, stated, yeah no, then hung up on me. This is a minor issue but was absolutely appalling customer service in my opinion.
