"Colonoscopy procedure at the Leongatha Hospital"

I am a 64 year old retiree who attended the Leongatha Hospital recently for a colonoscopy with Dr Mort.  My experience was completely positive.  From meeting Susie at the “book in” counter to my lovely nurse Irene who looked after me for the afternoon. Irene was supportive, friendlily and a genuinely nice person.  All the staff that were in the operating theatre area were happy with welcoming smiles.  Dr Mort was great with a bit of fun banter to help settle me down, not that I needed it.  What a great work environment they have created.  I’m a person who speaks out about poor customer service and equally point out excellent customer service, which is what I received from all staff.  The work environment you have is not the norm, it should be protected and recognised every day. Keep up the great work.
