(as the patient),

I want to send a huge thank you to the staff of the Emergency Department at Kalbarri Health Centre, especially Jane RN and Emily RN who treated me for my pneumothorax and fractured ribs on an afternoon last month prior to being flown to Perth with RFDS. I was made to feel confident and well cared for.

I would also like to thank the local St John's Ambulance Volunteers, Debbie and her off sider/driver and the Jandakot St John's Ambulance.

I would also like to send a huge thank you to the RFDS team of Dr Peter, Dee, CN Brionee and pilot Rylie.

I am forever gratefull to you all.

The team at Kalbarri are committed to providing the community with top quality healthcare and it is great to know we achieved that in a situation at serious as yours clearly was. I will ensure they are made aware of your feedback and appropriately acknowledged for their efforts.

We know it takes many teams to provide high quality care in regional settings, so I was pleased to read how seamlessly St Johns Ambulance and RFDS played their crucial roles in your healthcare journey.
