"Urology Department"

I was referred by Dr D to get some acupuncture treatment for my leaky kidneys. I attended for twelve sessions under the care of Helen. What a delightful lady she put me at ease immediately, as she could sense my paraniod fear of needles of any kind she is a very compassionate woman. I looked forward to talking with Helen each week and enjoyed her stories. I'd like to mention the lady on the reception desk in the urology depatment she greeted me with a smile each morning and after a couple of sessions recognised me I think that is good customer service.
