"I am suffering from redness in my left eye. I went to Sydney Eye Hospital Emergency"

(as the patient),

I was greeted well by the staff and the nurse who did the preliminary checks was also good. Dr. Prakshi saw me and she spent sufficient time with me to understand my situation and has gone through meticulously all the past records and did ultrasound scan and other checks and informed me of the diagnosis and gave me a discharge report.

She was very helpful and answered all my questions and I felt that she is a very caring person and did her professional duties with excellence. Many thanks to her for everything and based on my experience I will not hesitate a bit to refer her to other patients if I am given the chance to. Thanks Prakshi and I hope you will be rewarded for your great work, care and professionalism. Best wishes, sunws88
