On behalf of the girls who have been changing my dressing for the last two and a half weeks prior to chemo, the care I’ve had has been brilliant. The clinic has changed from ED down to the theatre, and I feel the environment is a lot calmer and better. It used to be in ED, which was so busy, but now I can book a time, go straight in, and they attend to it. I can’t speak highly enough.
Sharon has been attending since I had an operation recently when I got an infection. I had breast cancer, and she has been brilliant. She sent me for an ultrasound, quickly got it booked in for me, and I had telehealth to FSH, which she organised with photos.
She was in ED too and moved over to the theatre. Others in ED have also been brilliant. Sharon’s been good, just following up with me. I’ve been lucky enough to catch her, but the others have still helped.
The new way of getting dressings is all new and it’s really good.
