"The care at Collie hospital."

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department Collie Hospital / Surgery

(as the patient),

The care at the Collie hospital is great.

I have an ongoing dressing change and have been attending Collie hospital for the last couple of months.

The nursing staff I've seen are friendly and very busy.

I think the outpatient clinic moving to the surgical room has been a very good move. Less waiting time and better treatment.

The reception staff have been very helpful organising appointments.

I believe that Collie hospital and the staff are an asset for the Collie community and outlying communities and industries.

Dear Collie can,

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us this great feedback.

We have done a lot of work in trying to make the outpatient experience better in Collie, and relocating this service to our new Day Stay area and changing some processes have been very successful.

Our patients are still getting the same great care, just in better surrounds and less waiting.

As your name says - Collie can!

Yours Sincerely,

Barry Moroney
