After 2 failed email attempts by the pre op preparation staff I was fortunate enough to link with Meg who in a professional and expedient manner was able to not only email me instructions on endoscopy and colonoscopy prep, she even rang me to make sure I got the email. I commend her services in these areas and what a breath of fresh air she is. I would also like to give a positive shout out to the Doctors and staff in the day procedure department during my visit for their professionalism and caring. A wonderful team in my opinion.
