Alison is an incredible mentor.   She has gone above and beyond with supporting me through a very critical and challenging stage in life.  Her support commenced with understanding the use of alcohol during highly stressful life events, and has included management strategies, that not only involve substance use, but life in general.   Her knowledge exceeds what I had expected, and I will always be truly grateful for her support and non-judgmental approach.

It's lovely to read your success and how much your LLW person helped you. The bond between you and your clinician is so important and it's great that you connected and were able to share and work through things together.

Keep up the great work and always reach out if you need additional or ongoing support. With the right tools people can change their lives, and it seems you are well on your way. Be kind to yourself and thank you for sharing.
