While attending an outpatient appointment in Medical Imaging I was sharing the wait room for CT with a gentleman in obvious discomfort. 

He spoke to me about the length of walk he had to get back to his car. ‘Cath’ overheard the conversation and immediately enquired how she could assist. Very quickly she supported this gentleman with a wheelchair and a much less challenging return to his vehicle. 

Possibly more significant was the professional compassionate interaction between staff and client !  Such kind humanity makes a difference!
