(as the patient),

I had a planned surgery at Bentley Health Campus & am full of praise for the service I received. From the HATS / HIMS booking clerk to the orderly who took me upstairs who were both very cheerful and friendly at 7am. Then the fabulous nurses - Sandy and the student nurse who took care of me throughout the day - thank you!

The orderly who took me to the theatre - great job, making me smile.  The anaesthetic team were excellent (including the med student who did a great job putting in the cannula) - amazing job on the anaesthesia - felt great afterwards.

The surgical team did a superb job - thank you to Dr Helen and the lovely pregnant registrar (sorry I didn’t catch your name). I cannot fault the treatment I received and I am very grateful. Thank you all for your kindness and care.
