"Lives Lived Well Mirikai - Alcohol Counselling"

I have been attending counselling sessions with Ross at Lives Live Well in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast for the past 3 months. I had been struggling with alcohol use and decided to make a change. The service was extremely helpful for my first couple of months sober, with a very practical approach - tailored to my circumstances. 

Ross has been a great listener and really made the effort to meet me where I was at each step along the journey. Instead of telling me what I needed to do with a one size fits all approach, he first looked to understand where I was in various aspects of my life and then focused our conversations on the areas I needed to be most attentive to. 

I feel like I am much better equiped to maintain my sobriety now than I was prior to starting the counselling sessions. 

I would highly recommend the services provided by Lives Lived Well to anyone looking to make a similar change in their lives.
