(as a service user),

I am from Perth and was visiting Sydney with my elderly husband, he collapsed in the Circular Quay area.  Two young men came running to help, one introduced himself as a Doctor from Royal Perth Hospital.  He was so attentive, they got my husband onto a chair and the Doctor took his pulse and waited with us until he felt well enough to get back to our hotel less than 100 metres away.  He was here visiting his parent.  Thank you so much to him for his compassionate care and help.

I was sorry to hear about your husband collapsing in Sydney and thankful that there were people there to assist you both. It was lovely to read one of the gentlemen that helped your husband was a doctor from Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) and that he was attentive and compassionate and after checking your husband’s vital signs waited with you both until he was well enough to get back to your hotel.

Your feedback reassures me that Royal Perth Bentley Group staff continually strive to provide high quality, patient-centred care even outside of work hours.
