About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I was on a trial of a drug for Grand Retina Vein Inclusion. There was not placebo just different dosages of the same drug injected monthly over a 14 month period. 
The trial took up half a day once a month and i didn’t work or drive for the rest of the day.
In return for my commitment I received treatment from the same team ,less waiting time and excellent monitoring.
I felt privileged to have such good treatment.

More importantly, it empowers patients to be well-informed of their diagnosis and condition(s) and engaged in their treatment plans.
