"Mum required immediate eye attention"

(as a carer),

I was recommended Sydney Eye Hospital after having no luck within the GP system and a progressively worsening eye chalazion my mum had. We arrived, and were greeted by an incredible Experience Manager, Gowtham. This guy was just delightful, welcomed us, explained the process and wait times, made us feel calm and in good hands. We were quickly met with the triage nurse and within a few minutes admitted and infront of an eye doctor who was excellent, patient and knowledgeable.
