I would like to share my recent experience at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital's Emergency Department following a motorcycle accident which resulted in multiple flash wound injuries.
From the moment I arrived, the triage staff treated me with professionalism and care. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my wait time in the emergency room was only 90 minutes, even on a busy Sunday. Once placed in the Fast Track area, I received exceptional care from the nursing staff and doctors, all of whom demonstrated respect, kindness, and integrity. While I cannot name everyone personally, their efforts were greatly appreciated.
Additionally, I received advanced care for my wounds, including surgery, which was handled with expertise and attention to detail.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hospital staff I saw for their support during my visit and would highly recommend Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital to others.
